Are all AzurePing capabilities enabled in AzureWatch?

Question

Your free AzurePing utility is great, but I'd like for AzureWatch to do similar monitoring that AzurePing provides.  Can it do it?

AzureWatch can now monitor and provide custom alerts, sophisticated performance reports and charts on a variety of Azure-related services like: Storage accounts, SQL Azure, websites, and more.

Not at the time of this writing.  We are definately looking to implement these features in AzureWatch sometime soon.
