Make sure that you have configured AzureWatch with the proper storage account for Diagnostics Management and that your Azure application was deployed through that account.
It usually takes 10-15 minutes after submitting changes from AzureWatch to when you will actually see data in various charts or reports. Keep refreshing Latest Activity screen and looking for signs of anything red (abnormal) or of any errors that maybe occuring, after 10-15 minutes have gone by from the start of monitoring.
