How do you add counters for remote (azure) machines from the Dashboard?

I've removed a bunch of counters I didn't want but when I try to add counters I only see my local machine listed, not the azure services I'm monitoring.

Can you be more specific?  Dashboard only reflects Aggregate metrics and Raw counters you've specified on the Raw and Aggregated Metrics screen.

 

If you're referring to the Live screen, restarting Control Panel will show the latest calculated Aggregate metrics in that screen.
