It sounds like you are running AzureWatch Monitor service, tray icon or AzureWatch Control Panel at the same time as you are resetting your password. Both of them communicate with AzureWatch once per minute.
If they communicate with AzureWatch servers and use older password, it will only take a few minutes before your account is locked out and its password will need to be reset.
You need to stop local AzureWatch Monitor service and close any AzureWatch Control Panels and exit from any tray icons before you change/reset your account password.
You do NOT need to stop your server-side monitoring service. This only applies to your locally running programs.
